I use free range and organic produce.
Very little convenience food is used.
Sample Menus ...
Breakfast:
• Cereal with full fat milk
• Toast/crumpets with spread
• Fresh fruit
Orange/apple juice
Lunch:
• Chicken curry
• Tuna pasta
• Roast chicken dinner
• Home made fish cake, chips and beans
• Vegetable/Beef chilli and rice
Dinner:
• Homemade pizza
• Sandwiches/raw veggies etc
• Homemade soup
• Scrambled egg on toast
• Pasta with tomato salsa
Desserts:
• Fruit and ice-cream or custard
• Yoghurt
• Dried fruit
• Fresh fruit
Parents are requested not to send individual children with sweets. It is unfair on the others and I have a healthy eating policy. This does not mean we don’t have the occasional sweet or cake when there is a celebration or special occasion.
