Hourly Fees (Payable in advance)
For full/part time bookings please contact me for details of fees.
Where a term time only contract is in place payment would be charged on a pro rata basis.
Before and after school (min 2 hours before and/or after) £7.00 per hour from The Hayes School, Kenley and Warlingham Park School, Warlingham.
Additional Fees
Weekends/Bank Holidays/Overtime (by special agreement) - Double hourly rate
Outings
Any trips that incur entrance fees over £2.50 will be added to your invoices.
Retainer
50% of my normal fee to hold a place for more than four weeks (not returnable). No retainer is payable for care starting within four weeks but I may ask for a deposit of a months fees to secure a place (not returnable) .
Holidays, Sickness and Occasional days off
Parents/Guardians holidays/days off - Full Fee
My Holidays
4 weeks - Half Fee
1 week - No Fee
Bank holidays (not worked) - Full Fee
Parent’s/Guardian’s/Child's sickness - Full Fee
My sickness - No Fee
Late payment
£15 per day (always enforced)
